Homegrown Sustainable Sandwich Shop – Kiosk, 550 106th Ave. NE, also shuttered Jan. 22 after the same issue of no hot water present. It reopened at 3:45 p.m.Jan. 23.

Public Health officials shutdown Don't Skip Breakfast, 1020 Bellevue Way, after discovering the restaurant was operating without a valid permit.
