BRIEF: Lewis Public Health Immunization Clinic Closed Dec. 14 and Dec. 21

Dec. 09--The Lewis County Public Health and Social Services immunization clinic in Chehalis will be closed on Dec. 14 and Dec. 21.

Immunizations will be available during normal clinic hours of 9 a.m. to noon and 1:30 to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 19.

For questions about the immunizations available, contact the health department at 360-740-1222.

The clinic is located at 360 NW North St., Chehalis.
