Health Statistics study and survey to be conducted

Suffolk County residents are being asked to take part in a study by the National Center for Health Statistics, part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The NCHS has conducted these surveys for 55 years and the data collected will be used to gather information to assess the health and nutrition status of children and adults and their needs for health care.
