Public Health seeks input

The Livingston County Department of Public Health has launched a survey to find out how much residents know about the services offered by public health.

The survey is estimated to take less than 5 minutes to complete. The survey may be completed by using a cell phone, tablet or computer. The survey may be accessed by going to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/livingstonbranding2016.

Residents without computer access may call the Livingston County Department of Health at (585) 243-7270 or (585) 335-1716 or the S2AY Network at (607) 962-8459 and someone will read you the survey questions and record your answers.
