BRIEF: TC beaches reopen after E. coli concerns

Aug. 28--TRAVERSE CITY -- Grand Traverse County health officials lifted E coli. advisory warnings at all county beaches.

The Traverse City State Park, Senior Center and West End beaches are again safe for normal water activity after officials on Thursday warned about elevated E. coli levels in all three locations.

E. coli tests performed at Grand Traverse Bay beaches on Thursday showed all areas fell below Michigan Department of Environmental Quality E. coli advisory levels.
